Manage Huntersville’s Growth
Huntersville has grown tremendously. Our future growth needs to be managed through the town’s long-term development plans, which were created with broad community input. I served on the Downtown Master Plan Steering team, where I saw cooperation and eventually consensus around a shared plan for the center of Huntersville.
As a leader I’ve faced many challenges. It’s important to not only set a strategy, but stick with it. As a Town Commissioner, I will stay committed to the Long-Term Community Plan (Huntersville 2040) and Downtown Master Plan.

Support Huntersville’s Walkability
The walkability of our town is important. I served on both the Greenways and Parks and Rec commissions and am pleased to see considerable progress resulting from the hard work of many volunteers and town and county staff. I will continue to support and push for the greenway system’s completion, the connection of gap areas in sidewalks throughout town, and growth of our tree canopy.

Keep Huntersville Affordable
I’m committed to helping keep our town tax rate low and facilitating thoughtful budgeting. I have extensive experience leading publicly traded and privately held manufacturing businesses. I understand budgeting, staffing, capital planning, policy making, and goal setting. Good governance requires some difficult choices, and I am confident I can work with our dedicated town staff to make thoughtful decisions for our town, keeping costs in check.
